Chocolate Fudge Popsicle

Craving for some proper ice-cream but don't have an ice cream machine? Well we have the answer for that. Popsicles! With this easy recipe you’ll have ice cream in no time!



Ingredients:

  • 2 vegan pure chocolate bars (100% pure)

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanille extract


Instructions:


Popsicle

  1. Cut the mixed nuts into small pieces (blending is also an option)

  2. Break and melt the chocolate bar in a bowl above a small pan with hot water.

  3. Keep stirring the chocolate so it doesnt burn onto the bowl.

  4. Add the mixed nuts and ¼ teaspoon of vanille extract and stir the mixture around.

  5. Take the bowl of the heat and add coconut milk to the mixture.

  6. Fill the popsicleform with the mixture

  7. freeze for 2-3 hours.


Chocolate Dip

  1. Melt half of the other chocolate bar and add two tablespoons of coconut oil.

  2. Keep stirring the mixture untill the oil is mixed into the chocolate.

  3. Add ¼ teaspoon of vanille extract to sweeten up the mixture.

  4. Cool the dip for a minute before dripping it onto the chocolate.

  5. Drip the dip onto the popsicle and see how it hardens right in before your eyes

PREPERATION TIME 10 MINUTES

FREEZE TIME 2-3 HOURS
