Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl

Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, yet we completely skip or rush through it since we are always in a hurry!

Because we know you want to save your precious time in the morning preparing breakfast and more time enjoying it.

This recipe is perfect for when you are rushing in the morning and have no time to spare, recipes you can save and use as lunch later in the day! And if your going to be late anyway, better make it worth while by enjoying your healthy meal first!

This Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl reminds us of our grandma’s apple pie (but a little healthier!).

You only need 8 ingredients and it will take less then 15 minutes of your precious time on your early morning


  • 1 Diced Apple

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats

  • ½ cup Apple Juice

  • 1 ½ cup Dairy free Milk

  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp Coconut sugar

  • Pinch Salt

  • Handful Mixed Nuts


  1. In a small pan add the diced apple, apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, salt and nuts.

  2. Stir for 4-5 minutes untill boiling and the apples are soft.

  3. The apple juice will be reduced to half and soaked into the apple.

  4. Turn the pan to simmer and add the oats and dairy-free milk into the mixture.

  5. Stir for another 4-5 minutes untill the oats are cooked and the mixture is thick.

  6. The oatmeal can be served right away!

  7. Add nuts as garnish for an extra bite.

Tip: The residue oatmeal can be turned into a cookie as a snack! Bake at 150 for 10 minutes
